Please send your files to SUPPORT@DTFANGELS.COM with your order number in the Subject Line.
Also please ensure that your files are AT or AROUND 300DPI in RBG color codes ONLY
to ensure that you'll receive the highest quality transfers!

Files sent as .PSD, AI, PDF, or .PNG work the best.
Please ensure that any files/images are sent WITHOUT any background (aka transparent) , to ensure your order is sent out in a timely manner.

We are not responsible for files that get printed in low resolution as It is up to the buyer to ensure that the highest quality file/image is sent to us.

Sending as an attachment through email, MAY lower your file/images resolution. Instead, kindly send as a link or using other methods such as "we transfer" "drop box" "google drive" or "one drive"

Send at max increments of 150 inches if purchasing a 22x300! files larger than 150 will be distorted.

Using Canva? Please export as either a .PNG with the background removed and the resolution bar to the highest allowed setting, or export as a PDF PRINT file. (this item may not be available using custom fonts)
