Shipping Policy
At DTF Angels, we know your business depends on fast TAT. That’s why we work hard to get every order printed and shipped as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST (Monday–Saturday) are typically printed and shipped the same business day.
- Orders placed after the cutoff time, on sundays, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Large orders or orders requiring additional review may require extra processing time.
Shipping
- We ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers.
- Once your package leaves our facility, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier.
- Tracking information will be emailed as soon as your order ships.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. DTF Angels is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will gladly assist whenever possible.
